Who controls this data

The data controller is SpazioCOBE, an independent creative project based in Modena, Italy. SpazioCOBE is not incorporated as a company and does not have a VAT number. For privacy matters, contact us at silvestrijournal@spaziocobe.it.

What we collect

Your email address, submitted voluntarily through the sign-up form on this page.

We may also collect the page or form you signed up from, UTM campaign parameters, the referring page, the form variant, and the version of the consent notice you accepted. These optional details help us understand which communication channels are working. They are not used to build an individual profile or make automated decisions about you.

Your IP address may be processed temporarily for security and rate limiting and may appear in technical hosting logs. It is not added to the mailing list.

Why we collect it

To send you updates about The Silvestri Journal and to notify you when the crowdfunding campaign launches on BackerKit, and to send occasional communications about future SpazioCOBE projects.

Legal basis

Your consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, confirmed through a double opt-in email. Providing your email address is voluntary, but without it we cannot send you these communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Who processes it

SpazioCOBE does not sell, rent, or disclose your data to BackerKit or other third parties for their own marketing or independent purposes. The following service providers process data only as needed to operate this page and mailing list on SpazioCOBE’s behalf:

• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), which stores the mailing list, manages double opt-in, and sends emails. Brevo states that its database hosting servers are located within the European Union.
• Netlify, which hosts the landing page and its server endpoint and may process request and security data. Netlify may process data internationally and applies its Data Processing Agreement and appropriate transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.

Data may also be disclosed where required by law or a valid order from an authority.

How long we keep it

Your email address and related sign-up information are kept while your consent remains active and SpazioCOBE continues the communications described above, or until you unsubscribe or request deletion, whichever happens first. When these purposes end, the data will be deleted or anonymized. After an unsubscribe request, a minimal suppression record may be retained where necessary to ensure that no further marketing emails are sent and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or data portability, and you may object where applicable. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email or by contacting silvestrijournal@spaziocobe.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
